Last Updated: 26-02-2025

Welcome to Signify! By using our digital business card solution, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Who Can Use Signify

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. If you’re using Signify on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

2. What You Can Do with Signify

When you use Signify, we give you a license to use the service for your business needs, as long as you follow these terms. This license is non-transferable, nonexclusive, and can be revoked if you don't follow the rules.

3. Creating an Account & Keeping It Secure

To use certain features, you’ll need to create an account. When you do, make sure your information is accurate, and update it if anything changes. You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe.

We also offer Single Sign-On (SSO) integration to make logging in easier and more secure for everyone in your organization. SSO lets you manage user access efficiently and securely across your company.

4. What You’re Not Allowed to Do

While using Signify, there are a few things you must not do:

  • Don’t use the service for anything illegal, harmful, or unethical.
  • Don’t break any laws or regulations.
  • Don’t try to access systems or data you don’t have permission for.

You’re responsible for making sure everyone in your company follows these rules.

5. Your Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. We use the best practices to protect your data and make sure we’re compliant with privacy laws. By using Signify, you agree to let us handle your data in a way that respects your privacy. We won’t sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

For more details on how we protect your data, check out our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep Signify up and running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee that it will always be available without interruptions. Sometimes we may need to perform maintenance or updates, which could temporarily affect access to the service.

7. Fees and Payments

Signify offers different subscription plans. You agree to pay the fees based on the plan you choose. Fees are charged in advance, and they’re non-refundable except where required by law.

We may adjust pricing, but we’ll give you notice before any changes take effect.

8. Who Owns What

Signify owns the Service, including all the technology and intellectual property behind it. When you use Signify, you get a license to access and use the Service, but we still own everything. You can’t try to reverse-engineer or copy the code.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, we can use that information to improve the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

We work hard to make sure Signify works well, but we’re not liable for indirect damages or losses, including lost profits or data. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you’ve paid us in the last 6 months for using the Service.

10. Ending Your Use of Signify

We may suspend or terminate your access to Signify at any time if you violate these terms. When your access ends, you must stop using the Service and pay any fees still owed.

11. Indemnification (Your Responsibility)

You agree to protect Signify and our team from any legal claims, damages, or losses that result from your use of the Service or a violation of these terms. This includes covering our costs if we need to defend ourselves in court.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country]. If there’s a dispute, we’ll resolve it through binding arbitration in [Location].

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update or change these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll notify you. Your continued use of Signify means you accept the updated terms.

14. Miscellaneous

  • Full Agreement: These terms represent the entire agreement between you and Signify regarding your use of the Service. If there are any previous agreements, this one replaces them.
  • Severability: If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest will still apply.
  • Waiver: If we don’t enforce a part of these terms right away, it doesn’t mean we’ve waived our right to do so later.
